The two-bedroom apartment was cold without any heating, which I can only assume is part of their charming "heritage. " The laundry service was also a nightmare, unacceptable for an hotel like this. I almost gave Old Town Quito a decent review, but the lack of courtesy gifts or upgrades was the final nail in the coffin.

I stayed 4 nights and would book again when visiting Ecuador. The property was beautifully designed. The breakfast had lots of options and tea, milk, bread, yoghourt, and jam were nice. In overall the room was well-appointed and spotless and with comfortable bed and pillows.
Nothing everything was great.

The location is fantastic and perfect, just next door to Independence Square and The Bascilica as well as Old Town, which is known for burglars and pickpockets, we greatly enjoyed it. The staff are excellent people🙂😀
